My next project was altering a bottle which I bought in Ikea.  I made my own texture paste and covered the bottle.  I then daubed the paste with pink acrylic paint when dried I added crocheted lace, flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts and some pearl string.  Hope you like it I certainly loved making it.  This I learnt from Wendy at lolly dolly  crafts
